Nicolas Jaar had a successful 2011. He released Space is Only Noise, which killed it in most year end lists and showed his true versatility while still sounding focused. He put out an EP in November that was better than many people’s LP’s this past year. And he turned 22.
Jaar dropped “With Just One Glance” on his SoundCloud a few hours ago. It’s not as beat heavy or percussionally intricate as a lot of his other stuff, but it has a very smooth sound to it that’ll wind you down.
